As a former corporate insider with 25 years of experience working in and on global businesses, combined with a background in psychology and interpersonal communications, she founded Symbia to build more resilient businesses and effective teams and leaders within them.
With her combined skills and Irish charm, Jodie can land unspoken truth in a room in a way that is authentic and calls leaders up and in to do the hard work of navigating systems, people and targets.
She is the author of 'the Hidden Edge', has spoken on stages in 14 countries, delivered workshops in 29, conducted research in 43, visited 72 and lived in 5. Passionate about people, culture and human behavour at the intersection of business, psychology and performance.
