Meet Our Founder

Jodie Rogers founded Symbia after what she calls a ‘mid life awakening’ in her mid 30s.

Meet Jodie Rogers, founder of Symbia. Passionate about psychology, human behaviour and business, Jodie spent her early career in the field of consumer and market research, understanding how people make decisions, the power of persuasion and the impact of communication. She used this expertise to help brands be successful in the marketplace.

But after working both agency and clientside she realised that the best strategies in the world didn't matter if you don't have people with the right mindsets, communication skills and emotional intelligence to make them happen.

Symbia was founded on the simple idea, that workplace performance and mental fitness are intertwined. That leaders willing to focus on the innately human side of business, how we think, problem solve and navigate challenge, can unlock a true competititve advantage.
