Leadership Workshops

Unlock stuck teams, strengthen relationships, set strategy into motion.

When the stakes are high, you don’t need another feel-good session — you need real conversations that change how your team thinks, feels, and works together. Symbia workshops surface what’s unspoken, turn tension into progress, and equip leaders with the tools — and courage — to lead with clarity.

Our Approach

We design & deliver leadership workshops that cut through the noise. These are not off-the-shelf, they're immersive, interactive sessions tailored to the real challenges your leaders are facing — especially during times of change.

Mental Fitness Team Experience

We blend our experience as former corporate leaders with practical tools from behavioural science, systems thinking and psychology. The result is thought-provoking, yet practical.

We work with senior teams navigating inflection points: new strategies, cultural shifts, evolving priorities, or restructure. These sessions provide a rare chance to pause, reflect, and either realign or redesign.

What These Workshops Help With

Rebuilding alignment after change or tension

Co-creating a shared vision and strategic priorities

Deepening trust, connection, and open communication

Clarifying leadership roles, decision rights, and team norms

Preparing senior teams for major initiatives or transformations

Our Workshop Process:

Diagnose

Every engagement begins with a step back. Through a mix of conversations and surveys, we build an objective view of your team and the challenges affecting progress.

Design

From these insights, we work with your team to uncover root challenges and opportunities, then design a bespoke solution tailored to your goals and needs.

Deliver

Sessions shouldn’t be a choice between fun or informative, to be one, they must be both. We get teams talking, thinking, and applying ideas directly to their real work.

Sustain

Change takes time. We help maintain momentum across teams and keep new behaviours alive so impact lasts well beyond the session.

*We usually recommend a multi-day offsite for senior leaders, followed by accountability or development support to embed new habits. A modified version can then be rolled out to wider teams to drive lasting change.

"Working with Symbia was well worth the investment."

Our facilitator enabled us to finally complete a piece of work that had been missing for years. We gained added value through the co-creation of our mission and purpose - which would have been difficult to achieve internally within the same timeframe or depth.

"Would not hesitate to work with Symbia again."

Participants said it was the best leadership development workshop they have ever been a part of. It was fantastic, both in content and delivery. The facilitator, Des, nailed the brief and elevated her impact beyond passive coach to a real culture change expert.

"One of the key objectives was to get this senior leadership more connected and working together."

There was a real feel for that in the room and that feeling has continued after with sub-teams taking forward discussions that were started on the day.

We’ve run leadership workshops in the luxury of the Big Sur California, to the volcanic mountains of Guatemala and the beaches of Philippino islands.

If you want to go off grid, weave in breath-work, sound baths and yoga, or just have a big steak BBQ and wine tasting - we’ve got you covered. From walking in the Navara desert to sitting with the big redwoods - nature, stepping back and letting go are as much a part of leadership as stepping up.
