Finding Your North Workshop
Switch Session in Amsterdam
This was a session with a new team of people from different countries who were all in new job roles. The objectives were to get to know each other quickly, build trust, but also to embrace digital and how to embed this into the business.
We wanted to switch the way they think, behave and the way they use insights. We worked on problem reframing, communication skills, questioning techniques and to start prototyping. Our mantra was: Think differently, feel differently, do differently!
Cultivating Purpose in Teams
During this session we focused on the individual purpose of every person in the team, to give them a greater sense of who they are. This sort of self-reflection helps people build resilience, which is a real asset to the business.
We use different techniques during these sessions like story-telling and a value poker game that uncovers values. These types of sessions are fun, insightful and reflective.
Team Session: Dealing with Change
This video shows a session with a team that is going through restructure. The objective of the session is to help the team understand why change is happening, create a new vision for the future and equip the team with the tools and techniques to navigate towards this vision.
We work on creating trust, good communication and better relationships, leaving the team to feel energized and motivated.
These sessions are beneficial for companies that are going through organizational change/restructure.
